Sara Errani of Italy successfully defended her Acapulco title by beating the Spaniard Carla Suarez Navarro 6-0,6-4. The No.1 seeded Errani didn't drop a set all week to earn the first title of the year after failing two finals last month in Paris and Dubai respectively.
