Top-seeded Bojana Jovanovski earned her second career WTA title on Saturday by outlasting Olga Govortsova 4-6, 7-5, 7-6 (3) in the final of the Tashkent Open. Jovanovski is now 2-0 in WTA finals, winning another International-level hardcourt title at Baku last year. Govortsova fell to 0-4 in WTA finals, a runner-up at Memphis in 2008, Moscow in 2009 and Ponte Vedra Beach in 2010
